Your Order will be despatched using a courier service.We regularly test our couriers to ensure excellent standards,so if you are not satisfied please don't hesitate to contact us to give us some feedback.

What to expect on a courier Service.

Our Standard delivery will be a non- timed one if you are not in when they attempt delivery they will leave a card telling you want action you can take.

You will have the opportunity to leave special instructions with us on order i.e. leave in porch or leave next door.We will always pass this information on.

Courier drivers work alone so for large items we may request that you have someone avaliable to assist with lifting heavy items. The driver is not insured within your home.

Please Double check all items before signing for them.

Special Requests when delivering items such as timed delivery, telephone calls before delivery,am and pm and saturday deliveries can be arranged but at an extra cost.

Deliveries out of mainland Britain will need to quoted seperately please e-mail or telephone for details and costs. For certain areas of mainland Britain such as the Scotish Highlands and Wales a surcharge may apply we will contact you to discuss.    

• All information including prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
• Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
• If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

We take payment from your card, when we process your order.Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
