Returns Policy
In case you might feel you need to return any of your purchases we want you to feel confident that we fully comply with the distant selling regulations. You need to let us know via e-mail or telephone that you are wanting to return an item this needs to be done within 7 days. We will then be able to communicate with you as to how to return the goods Exclusions Bespoke or made to order Items or items once assembled are excluded unless faulty. Postage / Delivery charges will only be refunded at the descrecion of the Period Garden Store. The cost for you returning the goods will be your responsibility. Faulty and Damaged products If you believe any of your goods to be faulty, please contact us immediately, we can then discuss what action is to be taken. Generally we would request for the item to be returned for inspection. Once inspected then items will be either replaced or repaired. Whilst everything is done at our end to ensure that goods do not arrive damaged please check goods, before signing for them, if they are please sign indicating damaged goods or refuse delivery. If goods do arrive damaged please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 12 hours of delivery.
